Following a breakout year supporting The Amity Affliction, Ice Nine Kills and We Came As Romans in arenas across Australia, signing to Pure Noise Records, completing their first North American tour with Thrown and a national run with Chelsea Grin and Currents, HEAVENSGATE are now primed for a global takeover. This September and October they’ll hit UK and European stages for the first time on We Came As Romans Bad Luck Tour with Brand of Sacrifice before returning home to join Thornhill’s Bodies Tour with Amira Elfeky and Paledusk. HEAVENSGATE's journey began with 2022’s debut single “CHEMICAL HEAVEN” and the first EP AND ALL I LOVED, I LOVED ALONE, co-written and produced by label-mate Joshua Ang (Pincer+) with drum production by Erik Bickerstaffe (Loathe) and mixing/mastering by Buster Odeholm (Thrown, Humanity’s Last Breath, Vildhjarta). Their debut release cemented HEAVENSGATE as a vital new force in heavy music, and A HEART IS A HEAVY BURDEN proves they’re only just getting started.
